How the pieces connect
Systems designer
Systems design is working out why a business behaves the way it does — the incentives, the workflow, the thing downstream that breaks three months later — and then designing the process, the data model and the rules so that it behaves better. On these projects that has meant charging before treatment rather than after, paying factories in twenty-four hours rather than ninety days, and putting business rules in the database where they cannot be bypassed.
8 projects are documented through this lens. Read together, they show whether the approach actually repeats or just sounds like it does.
- Betta BeautAn honest platform, designed as a systemKnow what your skin needs. Skip what it doesn't.A two-sided platform for the Chandigarh Tri-City. Customers get a free scan and a plan in four lists, including what to skip. Salons get real software for free and the customers whose plans already need them. The go-to-market is built into the product.Read the study →All lenses on Betta Beaut →
- NirmalkayaDocuments before codeWhere wellness begins.Brand, website, patient portal, staff console and growth systems for a wellness centre in Panchkula. The software encodes the centre's way of working rather than merely taking bookings — and one production incident reshaped the whole architecture.Read the study →All lenses on Nirmalkaya →
- Financial Command CenterEvery rupee, reproducibleInteger paise, all the way down.A local-first financial operating system for an Indian household — no account, no server, no telemetry, no bank connection. Four architectural rules carry it: money is stored as whole paise so nothing can drift, the ledger is the only truth, deletes are soft, and every mutation is audited. Each rule makes a feature harder and a category of failure impossible.Read the study →All lenses on Financial Command Center →
- IndizillaHonesty as a shapeAn AI researcher that gets rejected when it invents a number.Everyone says their model does not make things up. Indizilla Research is built so the claim is checkable by somebody who does not trust the person making it: four kinds of statement kept apart, and a deterministic verifier that discards the model's own output when a figure does not trace to the evidence it was computed from.Read the study →All lenses on Indizilla →
- Savison LifeOne firm, two brands, one systemA company is not its first product. One pharmaceutical firm built a marketplace, then deliberately gave it away to a new brand so the firm could become what it actually was — the practice behind it. Two live brands, one deployment, four reversible migration phases, zero files moved.Read the study →All lenses on Savison Life →
- Academy of Retail ExcellenceShipped, not claimedA report gets read once. The same rebuild read through its systems: a two-layer token architecture with an absolute rule between the layers, three theme states that make an unstamped root safe, a contrast matrix enforced in CI rather than published as a document, and four audit scripts that exit non-zero instead of filing a report.Read the study →All lenses on Academy of Retail Excellence →
- Marketing OSThe model proposes, you decideDeterministic code decides anything with a right answer. The marketing department as a tool you run yourself. One sentence explains most of its architecture — deterministic code decides anything with a right answer, and the language model reasons only inside those constraints — and ten load-bearing invariants follow from it, each written down with a warning about what breaking it quietly would cost.Read the study →All lenses on Marketing OS →
- GetPharmVerified before visibleThe medicines you need, from factories you can verify.A compliance-gated B2B marketplace where buyers purchase ready stock from licence-verified Indian factories, or commission manufacturing under their own brand. Verification is a gate placed before discovery, not a badge added after complaints.Read the study →All lenses on GetPharm →
