The same project, from different angles

One document per perspective, because the roles I played on this are not the same role.

Why this exists

A sibling of the Nirmalkaya platform, built the opposite way round. Nirmalkaya is a clinic's public face on the internet; this is a doctor's private memory on their own machine. It deliberately serves the doctor hospital software ignores — the single-doctor clinic, the government OPD doctor who wants a personal record beyond the hospital register, the dispensing physician in a small town, and the visiting consultant who carries the practice in a laptop bag.

What actually happened

Everything lives in the browser's local database on that one computer. Consultation audio is always captured offline; live transcription uses whatever speech engine the browser provides, and when that is unavailable the app says so, keeps recording, and does not pretend. Nothing in the visit, prescription or billing model assumes allopathy, so it fits Ayurveda, homoeopathy, dentistry and physiotherapy without special cases.

What was delivered

Patient registration in under a minute, consultation recording with transcription in eight languages, prescriptions from dropdowns or saved templates, letterhead printing, a full dispensary ledger with batches and expiry handling, and monthly reports.

What I did

Concept, product design and implementation.

What came out of it

A complete offline practice system where a doctor's records never leave their own device.

Where it stands now

Built and working locally. Not distributed.
