A state-government brief to rethink a district library — a public building with a fixed footprint, a mixed and largely unplanned set of users, and no budget for anything structural.
Led a team of four designers as creative head, running weekly design workshops.
Creative lead on the team, and responsible for the major design decisions.
Awarded best design solution by the state government, and taken forward for construction according to the proposed plan.
Last recorded as in progress of being built. I have not verified what was finally built or how closely it followed the proposal.
